- Beef extract 1.5 g
- Yeast extract 3.0 g
- Casitone 4.0 g
- Peptone 6.0 g
- Glucose 1.0 g
- Agar powder 15.0 g
- Distilled water 1 L
Adjust pH to 6.6. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min, cool to 55°C. Add 1 drop (0.05 ml) of filter-sterilized 2.5% solution of oxytetracycline HCl in 0.1M HCl and 1 drop of sterile 0.1M solution of NaOH.
