  • Yeast extract 10.0 g
  • K2HPO4 1.0 g
  • MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g
  • Agar powder 20.0 g
  • Tap water 1 L
Adjust pH to 7.0-7.2. For liquid media the same formulation could be prepared just omitting the agar powder.
