- Peptone 5.0 g
- Malt extract 3.0 g
- Yeast extract 3.0 g
- Calcium lactate 10.0 g
- Distilled water 1 L
Adjust pH to 7.0 with KOH. Dispense the medium into screw-capped bottles and sterilize by autoclaving 25 minutes at 115 °C. There is no need to filter off the precipitate formed during preparation and sterilization. For solid medium add 1% purified agar.
