- Malt extract 200 mL
- Agar powder (only for solid media) 15 g
- Distilled water 800 mL
Adjust pH to 7.0 with KOH. Sterilization 15 minutes at 121 ºC. Malt extract: Dilute brewery malt with water to 10% sugar solution (level 10 on Brix sucrose meter) and sterilize 15 minutes at 121 ºC.
