  • Tryptone 5.0 g
  • Yeast extract 10.0 g
  • Fructose 5.0 g
  • Na2HPO4 2.0 g
  • Tween 80 1.0 ml
  • Cysteine-HCl 0.5 g
  • Distilled water 1 L
Adjust to pH 7.0. For solid media add 15 g/L of agar powder.
