- Yeast extract 5 g
- Dextrose (Glucose) 20 g
- CaCO3 20 g
- Agar powder (only for solid media) 15 g
- Distilled water 1 L
Dissolve the ingredients. Add CaCO3 and if necessary, adjust pH to 7.2. Dispense in tubes, shaking continuously to distribute homogeneously the CaCO3.
