  • Yeast extract 1 g
  • Beef extract 1 g
  • Tryptone 2 g
  • FeSO4.7H2O Traces
  • Glucose 10 g
  • Agar powder 15 g
  • Distilled water 1 L
Adjust pH to 7.2. For broth, eliminate agar and reduce concentration to 1/3 of given quantities.
