  • Malt extract 20 g
  • Glucose 20 g
  • Mycopeptone 1 g
  • Agar powder 15 g
  • Distilled water 1 L
Alternatively, commercially available medium (Oxoid CM0059/CM0057) can be used.

Vegetable peptone No. 1 can be used in place of mycopeptone.
