Diced potatoes 300 g Glucose 20 g Yeast extract 5 g Agar powder (only for solid media) 15 g Distilled water 1 L Boil finely diced potatoes in 500 ml of water until thoroughly cooked; filter through cheesecloth and add water to filtrate 1 liter.
