  • Corn meal (5 g in 500 ml of distilled water, simmer for 30 min and filter through cotton).
Add:
  • Yeast extract 2.0 g
  • Casitone 1.0 g
  • Malt extract 1.0 g
  • KH2PO4 1.5 g
  • MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g
  • Agar powder 20.0 g
  • Distilled water up to 1 L
