  • Glucose 20.0 g
  • Ammonium citrate 2.00 g
  • Sodium acetate 5.00 g
  • MgSO4.7H2O 0.20 g
  • MnSO4.H2O 0.05 g
  • K2HPO4 2.00 g
  • Agar powder (only for solid media) 15 g
  • Distilled water 1 L

Adjust pH to 6.2-6.5.
