Services related to depositing strains for patents purposes under the Budapest Treaty

The CECT offers the following services: Deposit for strains of fungi, bacteria or yeasts (Rule 6.1) 550 € Re-deposits 80 € Prolonging the storage time over the period stipulated by the Budapest Treaty (Rule 9) 25 €/year Issue of viability certificates: On request 110 € With reference to the last viability test 45 € Furnishing of samples (Rule 11) 110 €* Request for information (Rule 7.6) 110 €

Prices applicable from the 1st of April 2003. (*) To which courier expenses for sending should be added.
